Take the Long Island Expressway, Route 495 East. Go to Exit 70 South which is Manorville Road/County Road 111. This turns into Route 27 East. Continue approximately 15 minutes passed Stonybrook Southampton College. Go to third light at North Sea Road intersection and make a right turn. Continue south onto Main Street the heart of Southampton Village. Approximately 2 1/2 hours drive. FROM SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY: Follow East to Sunrise Highway (Rt 27 East). Continue passed the Southampton College.
