Bona-fide growers,
producers & makers
The market is restricted to bona-fide growers, producers of homemade products, and local artisans. All items require advance approval. We are a non-competitive market.
Fruits & Vegetables
Seasonal produce grown on Long Island. Supplemental items may make up up to 25% of display and must be labeled.
Local Seafood
Fresh-caught fish, shellfish, and seafood from local waters. Must be sold directly from the fisher.
Baked Goods
Breads, rolls, cookies, pies, cakes, and pastries β home-baked or from licensed kitchen facilities.
Processed & Pantry
Jams, jellies, pickles, honey, spices, and other shelf-stable specialty foods under proper NYS licensing.
Local Artisans
Handcrafted goods by local makers. All artisan vendors approved on a case-by-case basis by the Chamber Board.
Cider & Juices
Apple cider, fruit juices, and beverages. All wholesale cider and juices must be pasteurized or UV treated.
Transparent, fairΒ pricing
Seasonal vendors must pay in full on or before April 1st to secure an assigned space.
Chamber membership fee ($400) + vendor fee ($650). Must attend every Sunday. Includes bonus Saturday June 27.
Full seasonal participation, every Sunday May 3 β September 13. Paid in full by April 1st.
Special rate for farmers and fishers. All seasonal vendors must pay in full by April 1st to secure assigned space.
Intermittent participation. Circle your preferred dates. Holiday/Special Event Sundays are $250 each.

Key vendor requirements
Ready by 9am sharp
All vendors must be open and ready for business by 9am. Late setup forfeits your assigned space β no exceptions.
15'Γ15' space, 200 lbs of weights
Each vendor space is up to 15Γ15 feet. All tents must be secured with at least 200 lbs of weights. Stakes are not acceptable.
Insurance required
Two certificates of liability insurance ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate) naming the Chamber and Village of Southampton.
No vehicles on grounds
Unload on the west side of Agawam Park from Pond Lane, then park in the municipal lot. No street parking.

Apply to join the market
Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis by the Southampton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Returning vendors in good standing are given preference.
